Relief!
Detoxifying Soothing Muscle Soak
Mix 2 to 4 cups of Epsom Salts
(relieves pain) and
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (reduces inflammation)
add to bathtub with water and soak for 45 minutes or more .
Repeat once a day for the next 3-5 days, then continue the baths up to 3 times per week as needed.
